Site Superevisor Residential Contruction Project conversion of Barn to 2 homes.

This s a hands on project and would suit some one looking with experiance who is keen to progress to Site Manager. It involves working closly with and experianced site and ontiter trades.

The scope of works covers all aspects of contruction and conversion , inc setting out, sourcing materials, ordering, the project requires involvment and supervision of trades, including ground works, ( mostly complete) demolition and soft demolition ( mostly complete) , joinery, roofing , mechanical services., electrical. both HV amd LV, wet trades, finishes , hard and soft scaping.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newark-on-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
