Skills and requirements:
This exciting position is more than just a ‘job’, it’s a community that we are building to support businesses in posting like CREATORS. You can help shape and grow this business with the rest of the Shogun Team. We come together over new team member lunches, and events and have the opportunity to kick back with each other no matter how tough some days can be. We celebrate our wins together and learn from each other and our mistakes.
Working Style
We at Shogun Social are committed to the general well-being of our employees and their work-life balance. Shogun Social currently operates on a 4.5-day work week, with the flexibility to work from home, however, as a rule, all UK-based employees must come into the office on Mondays. We are driven by a desire to think outside the box for all our clients and make an impact in the world of social media marketing. The Shogun team is a dynamic, passionate and hard-working team; as such, we need someone who can work independently in their role and think creatively in the support of the larger team.
