Social Media Manager

Do you love social media? Do you love snacks? Have you used the phrase scrumdiddly yum yum a pur pur in a sentence before? Look we haven’t either but if you know what it means then this might be the role for you.

Milliways is on the hunt for an ahead-of-the-curve social media manager to help us create the kind of content everyone else will wish they’d thought of. We’ve spent the last few years developing a fun, adventurous and inclusive brand world, and we’re looking for a new creative to join us on our super natural journey.

We’re looking for someone with a little pizazz to work in our marketing team and execute cutting-edge campaigns that take our channels to new, plastic-free, planet-friendly heights. There’s a lot of scope over the next few months to get really creative with ambitious projects – OOO, festivals, guerilla marketing – we’re here for it all.

You'll have…

• Have commercial experience working in social media across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters etc, ideally for a brand within the FMCG, advertising or fashion spaces.
• Have a proven track record growing followers and conversion through well-crafted content, targeted posts and creative campaigns.
• You eat, sleep and breathe TikTok. And bonus, you get to call it ‘work’.
  
• Are passionate about creating immersive worlds for brands and leveraging social media platforms in fun and out-of-the box ways.
• Are experienced using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and other necessary programs required to produce exceptional content.
• Have a ready-to-work hard and “no-task-is-too-small” attitude.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Logistics: Holborn office with hybrid hours (4 days in office/1 WFH)
