Solicitor/Legal Fee Earner

Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong client management skills is required to join a private client team who continue to be dedicated to growth. There is an opportunity to build the role around your strengths and be part of a progressive and successful law firm who place integrity at the heart of their service. You will offer individual client advice and guidance, working within a team of like-minded professionals and you will manage your own caseload on all aspects of private client to include:

• Simple form and complex wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• Tax
• Trusts
• IHT
• Life planning
• Court of Protection cases

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in a broad range of private client matters, although consideration will be given to candidates with less PQE. Ideally, you will also hold the STEP qualification or looking to work towards this.
