ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

Working as part of a team, you'll play an important role in maintaining our Spa's excellent reputation for luxury and relaxation. You'll achieve this by providing guests with the highest standards of beauty therapy treatment and customer service and by keeping your departmental area in immaculate condition.

As our new Spa Therapist, you'll play an ambassadorial role, providing guests with accurate information regarding the hotels in general and the Spa in particular - including products and services that are available for sale.

What's more, you'll be well informed of health and safety procedures, promoting best practice amongst employees and guests alike.

Please be advised that DBS checks will be carried out as part of the recruitment process and that we will require am minimum of 2 references.
