Location: Remote, UK Ideally within commutable distance Manchester

Salary: up to £40K

We are working with an excellent large company who we have been working in partnership with, for a while.

They have a vacancy in their international payroll team for a payroll Expert for the Spanish region. This does not require any one local language, specifically. The company need the knowledge of payroll in Spain.

This company is HQ’d in Manchester. We are looking for someone within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester ideally, but it is not essential.

The person they need

• A good amount of payroll experience and knowledge in regards to Spain.
• Fluent Spanish
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll issues, such as some knowledge of the benefits and tax codes etc. within the country is a must!
• Someone with good Excel skills

Duties:

• Sitting within the payroll team and supporting Spanish employees who are on the international payroll
• Co-operating closely with HR to roll out and manage benefit schemes and other deductions
• Performing transactional payroll activities
• Providing a great service to these internal employees and answering their queries
• Dealing with expenses and travel reimbursements
• Processing changes of salary, changes of tax codes etc.
• Dealing with pension and private health deductions and submissions
• Liaising with their outsourced payroll provider
• Extracting necessary information for the payroll provider to process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
