Staff Member / Team Member - LE4

We are currently looking for a full time (25-40 hours per week) team member with a flexible availability including morning (06:00), evenings (20:30) and weekends. Once fully trained there may be some working alone on rare occasions due to the current sales situation.

Our Sandwich Artists™ have a positive outlook, thrive in a busy work environment and are keen to learn the art of great sandwich making. You will work well as part of a team, making delicious sandwiches to customer requirements. You will be responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures, and keeping the store clean.

Our Sandwich Artist's are expected to carry out the following duties:

• To provide excellent customer service; greet and welcome customers to Subway, serve quality made sandwiches to customer specification.

• Food preparation; prepare vegetables, meats and bake bread; and ensure front counter is well stocked with fresh produce.

• Paperwork and cash handling; carry out cash-ins, use cash register

• Cleaning; ensure customer area and back room is kept clean and tidy; take part in the cleaning rota.

• Be a good communicator, quick paced, reliable and flexible. Must be educated to a good standard and be able to carry out instructions accurately.
