Staff Nurse

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.

There is an exciting opportunity for a band 5 nurse to join IHBTT (Intensive home based treatment team).

As a registered nurse you will work within an MDT setting and be fully supported within your role to undertake the job role.

The role involves caring for clients within a community setting as an alternative to hospital admission.

There will be training opportunities for further learning and development, in addition to staff mandatory training.
