Our Media is a leading special-interest content business based in Bristol, home to market-leading brands in craft, cycling, science and nature, homes and music.

We’re proud to produce the in-store customer magazine for one of the UK’s biggest and most dynamic food retailers: Asda. The vibrant magazine is packed with exclusive recipes and is read by millions every month.

As the Sub Editor/Staff Writer, you will work closely with the Editor and Chief Sub Editor to create and clarify content. You will sub recipes and conduct interviews with celebrities and real people to write compelling and engaging stories that our readers won't want to put down.

The successful candidate will have

• A passion for working with Asda to create a high-quality food and lifestyle publication,
• An endless supply of great ideas, significant experience in writing and subbing on a lifestyle or food publication,
• Granular attention to detail,
• Proven organizational, writing, and editing skills in a fast-paced team environment,
• Experience working to a client brief and responding smartly to client needs and feedback
• Experience working closely with an editorial/creative team to collaborate on vision and ensure content is on brand and quality.
