Steel Erector/Fitter

Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, we are now recruiting 2 x Site Installers / Steel Erectors on a permanent basis.

Very good hourly rates are available plus plenty of overtime available paid at enhanced rates!

Site locations are typically in Kent and the South East.

Projects vary but would mainly be the installation of steel portal frame buildings for agricultural/ light industrial projects - on both new build and refurb construction projects.

Site Installers / Steel Erector duties include:

• Reviewing installation packs/drawings and ensuring vans are loaded with required fixings etc.

• Travelling to site location as part of a 2 or 3 man team dependant on project requirements.

• Installing / erecting steelwork as per the drawings.

• Maintaining a professional manner whilst on site and when communicating with clients or other project stakeholders you encounter.

Site Installers / Steel Erector requirements:

• Previous experience installing / erecting a range of structural steel is essential and cladding experience would also be beneficial!

• Relevant site tickets.

• Driving license.

• Be reliable and be seeking a permanent position.
