Overview

2Fawcett are recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a client based in Sheffield. The Stock Controller will be responsible for all aspects of goods inwards, materials movement, through to despatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in an Operational role, operating an FLT truck and a WHMS System.

Role & Responsibilities of the Stock Controller

• Stock replenishment
• Stock consolidation
• Receive and check all inbound deliveries of stock
• Materials Movement
• Conduct regular PI counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Use in house stock management system proficiently to achieve the above

Requirements of the Stock Controller

• Assist and support other departments within the warehouse
• Counterbalance FLT licence desirable but not essential
• experience operating JDA System
• Adhere to manual handling techniques at all times
• Report any issues to line manager
• Be receptive to further training requirements if necessary
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Maintain picking shelves and associated walkways are in a tidy and clean state
• A Keen Eye for Detail
• Eligibility to Work Within the UK
