Store Manager

Job description
Being responsible for the overall, smooth day to day running of the store, your main focus will be exceeding store targets, whilst also embedding the Cyberdog culture and ethics. Be an inspirational leader, you will empower those around you to be themselves, to use initiative and most importantly, motivate your team so they will enjoy what they do and have fun doing it!

Main Responsibilities;

• Lead and inspire your team
• Smash all store targets and manage the running of the business as though it’s your own
• Coach your team to become experts in our brand and to deliver excellent customer service
• Make the store a great place to work
• Innovate and encourage your team to do the same
• Complete administrative tasks to a high level

The Ideal Candidate;

• Exceptional organisational and managerial skills
• A team player
• Passionate about our brand
• An experienced retail manager, ideally with previous experience in managing a large fashion store
• Confident, positive and approachable
• An inspirational leader, who can motivate and develop your team
• Great eye for detail
• Excellent people skills
• Music industry experience an advantage but not essential

As a company we embrace music culture. Cyberdog was born from the love of dance music in the 90s. Ideally we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for dance music. Throughout the year we have regular live DJs playing in our unique club like store. We also host annual catwalk events as part of London Fashion Week.

The Role;
This is a full time role (40hrs per week)

The Store Manager is responsible for the stores overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing the Assistant Managers, Supervisors and a team of Sales Assistants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
