The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and talented Store manager to lead our store in Richmond, London.
You will have a knowledge and passion for selling interior products and the ability and drive to motivate the broader sales team in order to deliver a unique customer experience, meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a full knowledge of our brand ethos and collections
- Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
- Supporting the daily running of the store and team
- Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met and exceeded by the team
- Ensuring excellent standards of customer service
