Location: Liverpool (South)

Salary:£8,714.40 - £9,240.00 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours:15 hours per week. Student Experience Team Members work 7am to 3pm or 2pm to 10pm, on Saturday & Sunday

The role

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the StudentExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What youll be doing as a StudentExperience Team Member:

• Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
• Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
• Planning and running events for our students

What were looking for:

• A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
• An excellent communicator; as a StudentExperience Team Member youll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• Youll also have great time management and organisational skills
