Your New Role…

The position is based at Leavesden Studios reporting to the Client Services Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate billing of revenue to Productions. The role also involves preparing utility revenue on a weekly basis.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Review production contracts using our Media Operations Platform to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Create invoice runs within our Media Operations Platform to ensure correct billing to productions
• Resolve production invoice queries
• Process and invoice weekly utility reports, gaining sign off from the Facilities/Operations teams.
• Raise invoices for Facilities Recharges, and PO’s for associated costs
• Create vendors, raise PO’s and ensure timely processing/coding of purchase invoices.
• Assist the Finance team with Aged Debt collection and issuing of statements.

Qualifications & Experience….

• Highly numerical with exceptional attention to detai
• Advanced Excel experience
• Proven experience in commercial role, raising POs
• Experience using database systems to track payments, clients and vendor
• Excellent communication skills, with experience building relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to convey information in a clear and succinct manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team, knowing when to communicate updates in both cases
• Prior experience using the Xytech Media Operations Platform, would be preferred, but not essential

Business Overview

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200 acre secure site has a quarter of a million square feet of stage space, back-lot tank, one of the largest heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot.

WBSL has a collection of twenty sound stages, some of which are the largest in the UK. The site also has its own, on-site Production Rentals division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post production for feature films and television.

These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post production facility in the U.K.
