The Company

A J Wells & Sons Ltd, was founded in 1972 and is a privately owned, family controlled, British company that specialises in the design and manufacture of wood burning stoves; manufactures vitreous enamel products and imports fair trade fireside accessories.

The Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has become available in our busy factory for a Sub-Assembly operative.Experience in a manufacturing environment may be an advantage although it is not necessary as we will offer in house training.

The candidate will need to be enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills including general assembly and spraying.

A successful applicant will have good attention to detail, be reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team in an extremely industrious factory environment.

We are offering full time hours (38 hours per week) over a 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday 0645– 1645 with half an hour unpaid break for lunch)
