Support Care Worker

We’re seeking to recruit Support Workers / Care Assistants with the right values and ethos to work in our home care service – could this be YOU? You will provide a variety of non-medical services to the people we support, helping them to remain independent.

We are looking for staff to work in

Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenston

Dalry, Beith, Kilbirnie and Kilwinning

The Candidate:

• Ideal candidates will be highly organised, reliable and responsible.
• You will have good communication skills; both verbal and written English; able to easily build relationships with others.
• A full driving licence is preferred but not essential; you will be travelling to the homes of people we support around North Ayrshire to provide care and support.
• Successful candidates will be required to work across a weekly rota including alternate weekends with scope for flexibility and opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
• Successful applicants MUST register for the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) .
• No experience necessary, You will be caring, friendly, patient and passionate about helping others.
• Be registered with SSSC or be willing to register with SSSC.

Shifts are 7am - 2pm / 3pm-10pm / flexible shifts

Full time / Part time / Weekends only
