What skills and experience you will need:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to care for a 7-year-old boy with Grade 5 Cerebral Palsy. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN experience & able to provide physical support and emotional encouragement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily assistance with implementation a comprehensive daily rehabilitation program

• Assist with daily facial, hands and feet massage, develop stepping and walking skills

• Assist with sensory play to build cognitive development

• Engage with visual development games via technology

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for the child.

• Monitor and support the child's progress in therapy sessions.

• Accompany the child to appointments and activities as required.

• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and healthcare professionals.

• Assist Mobilisation and movement to improve and maintain respiratory health.
