We are looking for Support Workers to join us on a full-time basis, working either 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week including a mixture of days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
You will be working in our specialist low secure service for women with a primary diagnosis of personality disorder, Alvaston Ward. Alvaston Ward is a 15 bedded ward and one of the leading services of its' kind in the East and West Midlands. We have a DBT informed therapy ethos on the ward, and all successful candidates will be eligible for a 3 day DBT awareness training course post probation pass
Cygnet Hospital Derby has a “GOOD” CQC rating in all areas, and the Internal Quality Team is rated “OUTSTANDING”
In this role you will work alongside a first class multi-disciplinary team, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychiatrists and Mental Health Nurses
