Support Worker - Sponsorship Provided

We are looking for Support Workers to work at one of our client's Nursing Care Homes. You will genuinely enjoy working with people, be charismatic, well-organised and passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves.

You will have the ability to take a stressful situation and turn it into a positive, memorable experience for our customers and fellow staff members. You must have experience and/or a strong interest in cosmetic medicine. You will be a strong leader and experienced with compliance.

You will be responsible:

• To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for Residents.
• To assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the service, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
• To effectively plan, coordinate and implement nursing care to Residents.
• Effectively communicate and liase with Residents, providers, staff, visitors and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• · 2-3 years experience as a Support Worker
• · Qualification in nursing
• · Attention to detail
• · Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• · Flexibility with working hours when required (occasional weekend and extended weekday hours can be sometimes needed with short notice
• .Valid UK drivers' license

Training

Full training will be provided. It may require some travel to ensure you have the opportunity to learn from all of our experienced employees.
