NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a number of Support Workers to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services.
This role will be part of the Adults Team offering support to a caseload of Adults based in Grantham.
Current roles:
Full Time Support Worker
- Salary: £21,740 - £23,242
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts 0800 – 1600 and 1430 – 2230
- 3 week shift pattern
Week 1 Mon to Thurs, Sat and Sun 0800-1600
Week 2 Tues to Fri 1430-2230
Week 3 Mon – Fri 0800-1600
Part Time Support Workers
- Salary: £21,740 - £23,242 (pro rata)
- 28 hours per week
- Shifts 1530-2230
- Shift Pattern
Week 1 Mon, Wed, Sat and Sun
Week 2 Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri
The main purpose of this role will be to offer support to a case load of adults to ensure they develop the skills to live independently and sustain housing tenancies.
You will work with people to progress cases towards independence.
You will work to a support plan aiming for short, medium and long term goals as well as building confidence and independence
