This role reports to the EVP, Global Commercial Operations.
As the SVP, GCO Americas, you will have responsibility for the commercial success of the Americas Region and be accountable for its delivery of sales, profit and expense targets. You will have direct responsibility for CDG & LSG Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Technical Support. You will collaborate with Supply Chain on behalf of customers and with global support functions – Finance, IT and HR in support of operational effectiveness of the Region. You will partner with the Global Commercial Services organization to implement consistent commercial processes in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eBusiness Channel, Strategic Pricing and Contracts and Customer Care. You will identify, hire for and develop next generation of region leadership. In this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership that ensures all aspects of the commercial operation are fully legal, compliant and ethical.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $320,000 to $380,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
