Millyard Peoples is delighted to have been retained by an Egypt-focused energy producer, with an attractive portfolio of onshore exploration, development and production assets in the Western Desert. The company has undergone an extensive change management programme in Edinburgh to right size the business for the future and this has resulted in the creation of new roles, to include the need for a standalone Tax Manager to manage the tax affairs of the Group.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide tax advice, guidance, and counsel across the Group and to develop and maintain an appropriate tax strategy that allows the company to maximise its value, manage risk, and to ensure full tax compliance in the UK and overseas.
