The Governors of Pencoed Primary School wish to appoint an experienced, motivated and highly skilled practitioner who is eager to make a difference in shaping our children’s school experiences.

We are looking for somebody with leadership experience who can add value to our senior team and across the school. The successful candidate will be an ambitious practitioner who can demonstrate and share excellent classroom practice and contribute towards the strategic and operational leadership and management of the school.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving school community with a supportive staff and governing body.
