The team

ITV Creative is an in-house creative ad-agency that is responsible for creating and producing on and off air communications for the ITV brand portfolio. It also produces work for external clients.

Responsible for over £270 million worth of airtime this department is a mix of Creatives (broadcast, print and digital), Designers, Social, Continuity, and

Producers, Strategists and Campaign Managers. Integrated thinking is applied to create outstanding work for all media on-air; off-air; digital; product/event design and experiential.

The role

Your overall goal is to support the Creative Leadership team (CLT) and the wider ITV Creative team with everyday administrative tasks. By taking on some of the workload, it frees others up to concentrate on the business or specific projects.

You will be the administrative backbone of the team organising meetings and updating the department on internal/external news, events, and opportunities. There will also be some light-touch diary management.

You will also be creating and managing an industry awards calendar and leading the organisation of industry event attendance & department social events.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Demonstrable experience in an administrative role

• Previous experience working in a creative or media agency, streaming platform, or another broadcaster

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

• Flexible and passionate about your work, with a willingness to learn and develop

• Demonstrable working knowledge of Google productivity suite, as well as Word, Powerpoint, Keynote.

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Excellent time and organisational management

• Honest, trustworthy and supportive to others

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in email communication and documents
