Team Leader

WNS Assistance are looking for an experienced Team Leader who are passionate about motivating and developing our people, working on behalf of our client, Zurich Insurance.

Purpose

With management oversight, leads and directs a team of Claims Handlers in personal line of business. Coordinates the work activities of the team, and has responsibility for performance, development, and coaching of staff to maximize contributions and drive employee development and operational improvements.

Salary: From £31,000.00 per year
