National Business Centres (NBC) were established in 2012 to provide administrative and customer service support to HMCTS. The region is a key part of HMCTS strategy to deliver an effective and efficient service to our users, standardising and improving processes to provide a consistent level of service.
Strong leadership is a critical element in this being successful. HMCTS leaders and managers are expected to operate a culture of openness and honesty, demonstrating a commitment to change and delivering results.
