What you will do as a Team Leader

• Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
• Supervises, co-ordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages in the restaurant and bar
• Establishes and maintains effective employee relationships
• Conducts pre shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef.
• Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
• Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
• Assists in administration work as required by the Manager
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
