Salary: £29,420

What you’ll be doing:

• Operational responsibility for leading the Recruitment Hub Team and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to existing and future customers in line with service metrics

• Ensure that services are delivered with strong governance and focus on statutory compliance requirements and data integrity principles

• Awareness of the exposure to sensitive data and information necessary to perform the role and due consideration to the level of confidentially required

• Ensure robust governance and control is adhered to in respect of the creation of Hire requisitions (i.e. market salary bandings and Contingent rate cards)

• Determine and maintain the ‘performance’ metrics for the Recruitment Hub Team

• Develop and mature relationships with all key stakeholders

• Review and continuously improve the Recruitment Hub operational processes, ensuring they are consistently applied and operate in an efficient and effective manner

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide specialist and operational knowledge on system integrations, the structure of SF data and the consequence of adding or amending SuccessFactors data incorrectly

Your skills and experiences:

• Ability and experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve the highest standards of performance and accuracy

• Excellent and effective organisational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities

• Operational mind-set with regard to opportunities and effectiveness of service

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• General knowledge of the recruitment services

• A recognised Service Excellence accreditation

• Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel
