We are looking for a Team Leader

Do you want to Lead an Award-Winning Care Team, and further your career in a growing private home care company based in Barnet, covering the surrounding areas including the reaches of Radlett, Finchley and Edmonton.

Visiting Angels are looking for a Team Leader to inspire and coach our Barnet & Enfield team of Angels. You will be responsible for setting the standard for care visits, completing both client and carer reviews, providing leadership, coaching, and training for our Caregiving Angels, and performing on-call duties.

Our Angels are at the heart of everything we do, and we support and train them to be the best carers in Barnet & Enfield!

The role is a fulltime position made up of office / care calls. With a guaranteed 20 hours per week in the office, 2x on-call duties per month.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the step up from their previous role.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous Care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Social Care preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving license required and access to your own car.
• North London based with the Right to Work in the UK.
