Overview

Stoned is looking for full and part time team members to join our crews on the pizza trucks in Woolacombe and Croyde. The season spans from April to October but will take applications from those who wish to start later or finish earlier in the year. Although experience in the catering/hospitality industry is helpful, it is not required as we will teach you everything you need to know.

A normal shift starts at 3:30 and finishes at around 10:00, be prepared to stay longer during our busier periods. The trucks are a fast paced but fun environment and you always work as part of a team. Set out as a production line, by the end of the summer, you will be a pro in all roles: Taking orders, rolling pizza bases, topping and cooking on our wood fired ovens. Again, no experience required, we will teach you everything you will need to know.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• A positive “can do” attitude.
• A willingness to learn.
• Ability to withstand an intense period of work (stand and be active during entire shift).

Remuneration

• 21 and over £10.50 per hour
• 18 and over £9.50 per hour

Travel to other Stoned sites may be required.

Schedule

Full Time:

High-season: May Half term, Jul & Aug – up to 6 days per week, 8-9 hour shifts.

Mid-season: Apr, May, June, Sep, Oct – up to 5 days per week, 6-7 hour shift.

Part Time:

High-season: May Half term, Jul & Aug – up to 5 days per week, 8-9 hour shifts.

Mid-season: Apr, May, June, Sep, Oct – up to 3 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts.
