The Steamer Coffee House & Kitchen is a new cafe that opened in the summer of 2022. It is part of the wider business Re:fuel which hosts car meet up's and car club events whilst providing a community hub open to everyone serving locally sourced breakfasts, lunches, cakes and hot & cold drinks.

With the sales growing, we are looking for passionate Team Members to help us take the business to the next level. You need to be a team player willing to get stuck in, go where the business needs you and work effectively and efficiently to deliver an excellent customer experience.

As a front-of-house employee, you will represent the brand and the culture of The Steamer Coffee House & Kitchen and provide customers with professional and friendly service. We pride ourselves on serving the best quality coffee, other hot drinks and locally sourced meals. The right applicant will be passionate about their work and be up for a challenge.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet & greet customers
• Take orders at the till & support the bar team
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Deliver the best customer experience
• Maintain food safety standards in the workplace.
• Follow dish washing procedures.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Follow proper recycling procedures.
• Follow hygienic principles.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
• Follow inventory procedures.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts which will include early mornings, weekends and bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-24 per week

Salary: £5.50-£10.42 per hour
