We are the Lancashire's largest and best trampoline arena!

We have over 100 trampolines, a giant foam pit, Ninja Warrior course, parkour area, inflatables, on-site cafe/restaurant plus lots, lots more!

We are recruiting for team members which will include;

Court Monitoring, Reception, Cafe and Party hosting

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with excellent service during their visit to the park.
• Greeting customers in a positive, friendly and timely manner.
• Establishing customer requirements; suggesting most suitable products for customers, up-selling and suggesting promotions, where possible, taking customer orders.
• Seeking customer feedback; personally, acting on feedback where possible.
• Complying with company procedures
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Complete operational opening and closing checks in accordance to company policy
• Ensuring customer safety at all times

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience of customer facing roles
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a real flair for customer service
• An interest in fitness and trampolining would be great

We will have a number of shifts available which cover from opening to closing of the Park and are looking for flexible team members to join us. Our busiest times will be at the weekends, bank holidays, during the school holidays and after school hours so availability across these peak periods is required.

Essential -

All applicants must be available for weekends and holidays.

Must have full availability to be able to work Monday - Sunday.

Pay Rate - Minimum Wage

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
