Job Title - Team Member (Housekeeping)
Location - Macdonald Inchyra Hotel

About the Role
To clean and prepare all public areas of the hotel in line with company and guest expectations. To ensure that all guests are dealt with in a friendly, helpful, efficient and professional manner at all times.

Job Specific Accountabilities

· To clean and prepare all public areas in line with core standards
· To ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked.
· To adhere to all security procedures relating to keys, function rooms and guest property.
· To report any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisor.
· To report any guest comments or complaints to supervisor
· To be aware of departmental costs, eliminating wastage and recycling where appropriate.
· To assist with training of new staff members.
· To adhere to all health and safety requirements.
· To undertake deep cleaning tasks such as net curtain washing etc as required.
· To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

Hours and Requirements
Shift pattern is 6am-2pm, 5 days per week (subject to change). Weekend shifts will be required.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £7.49-£10.18 per hour
