THE ROLE
At Wella, Educators change lives of Hairdressers.
You are inspiring, influential and have strong commercial expertise.
In this role you will efficiently cover high potential customers with engaging Education on and offline.
You will work in close collaboration with your Sales team to partner with and support customers through every step of their career, to become passionate advocates endorsing Wella Education, and strengthening the largest community of Hair professionals in the world.

YOUR KEY DELIVERABLES
Generate growth by efficiently delivering inspirational and value adding Education across multiple touchpoints including in-salon, via Wella Studios/Training centers and virtually.
Gain new customers by inspiring and influencing hairdressers and cultivating strong relationships that make you the preferred partner over other manufacturers.
Build education reach and awareness through social media activations that empower community engagement.
Commit to invest in your Capability enabling you to perform with excellence as well as being the center of expertise for your Sales team.

This role requires min. 60-80% travel time (incl. overnight travel) - Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances
