Technical Internship - Quays TV

We have an exciting opportunity within the team for a Quays TV Technical Internship. This role will provide a perfect foundation on which to build and develop your career. You will have plenty of opportunity to put your strong written and verbal communication skills into action and connect with people and build trusting relationships to generate the best possible solutions for the University, its students, and its staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively within a technical multi-skilled team environment, providing support to Quays TV, staff and students with in the MediaCity UK team and further afield within SSEE.

• 
  Provide a high quality, front line professional service for visitors to Quays TV, always delivering an outstanding customer service, referring more complex enquiries on to colleagues as required.

• 
  To gain experience, develop key skills, and build clear organisational understanding with a responsibility for undertaking specific project work or operational work for the host department.

• 
  To develop a thorough understanding and awareness of relevant departments’ objectives, goals, and challenges.
