The opportunity
Based in the Desktop Services Team, this role is responsible for the technical support, administration, and development of the university’s client computing environment, along with associated services and cloud-based service provisions. You will be joining the Team at an exciting time as we transition from traditional endpoint management approaches to Cloud-managed Modern Desktops and Mobile Device Management as well as help us work towards various Cyber Security accreditations.
Alongside your Desktop services colleagues you'll also work closely with technical colleagues across IT and provide 3rd line support to our customers including professional services staff, academic staff and our students.
