With over 10 years of delivery successes, the Trade Surveillance Technology team at Citi Belfast designs and develops leading software products that enable our internal compliance partners to detect potentially illegal trading patterns on the world’s capital markets. We are experts in our field and are proud of our local culture of design and innovation, strategic thinking, global technology solutions delivery, and working as a team to play a role in ensuring responsible finance for Citi’s clients.
Due to the need to innovate quickly and build ever more sophisticated fraud detection platforms, we are expanding the team in Belfast.

We are experts in our field and are proud of our local culture of design and innovation, strategic thinking, global technology solutions delivery, and working as a team to play a role in ensuring responsible finance for Citi’s clients.
Due to the need to innovate quickly and build ever more sophisticated fraud detection platforms, we are expanding the team in Belfast with additional technology delivery roles, across QA / Software Testing, IT Business Analysis, Project Management, Program Management, Technology Delivery Managers, and Team Leads.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a senior QA manager to run our global QA / software testing function across multiple Compliance Technology portfolios.
The successful candidate will be an established testing expert, with a strong background working in technology teams to test and deliver projects and roll out new products.
You will be a strong advocate for quality, responsible for defining the overarching test architecture, strategy and choices, and pro-actively influencing senior stakeholders to ensure product quality and stability.
