Telephonist

We are looking for a driven and friendly individual to complement our existing team based at Poole.

The Opportunity:

This stimulating role will see you handling customer enquiries as they come into the business over the phone; qualifying the call to ensure that it is transferred correctly first time. With an approachable and professional style, you will have excellent organisational skills and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Part Time Working Hours

Wednesday to Friday (9am-5pm), Sundays (10am-4pm)

About You:

• An excellent telephone manner, along with the ability to communicate in an engaging and friendly manner;
• Confidence to talk to customers over the phone to quickly understand their individual requirements;
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential; and
• Good attention to detail and experience of managing your own workload.
