Third Party Security Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Third Party Security Analyst to join our Information Security team. You will provide support to the Third Party Security Lead with the Third Party Security Management framework.

The key responsibilities are:

• You will develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices for cyber security and assist in the information security incident response process, particularly with incidents related to third parties.
• You will review security compliance reports and follow up on non-compliances and support with internal and external audits of cyber security.
• Being the key support for the Third Party Security Lead, you will work across all of the major IT Information Security projects at the Society, adding value to all Third Party discussions in particular.

Skills & Attributes

• You will have knowledge and an understanding of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc. You will also have an understanding of security systems including:

o Network and application firewalls
o IDS/IPS systems.
o Web Proxies and Content Filtering.
o Endpoint security including antivirus, host based firewalls, execution control and DLP
o Authentication technologies
o Network Access Management.
o Privilege Access Management
o VMWare including VDI
o Vulnerability Management tools

• Experience in security incident response including identification, preservation and interpretation of computer evidence is required.
