Accountant

Founded in 1995, the Affinity Group is a vibrant, diverse and growing group of professional services companies, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers and SME’s.

Our sociable team has grown to 70+ people, spread across 3 offices in Hampshire and Dorset with our main office in Ferndown.

About the job

Your role as a Trainee Accountant will include:

  • Focusing on client service and meeting the day to day demands of the clients
  • Review client records
  • Reconciling main control accounts
  • Preparing and submitting client VAT returns
  • Preparing and submitting statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.

Knowledge & Experience

The ideal candidate would have knowledge or experience in:

  • Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
  • Customer services

Our hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday and this job is full-time and permanent.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00 per year
