Key responsibilities:
- Effectively handle all enquiries whether in the office, by telephone, by email or on company appointments.
- Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions.
- Win property sales by obtaining, presenting and negotiating offers successfully.
- Provide great customer service to all our customers.
- Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
Skills and experience required:
- Mature, confident attitude and approach
- Target driven sales experience
- Enthusiastic with a desire to be the best
- Focused and supportive to other team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving licence and own transport essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
