The role involves:

• Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
• Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
• Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
• Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
• Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

Our client provides remarkable training and support. Your 6-week indication will allow for an enjoyable mix of group training workshops where you will be able to meet your work colleagues, 121 development sessions and most importantly – on the job experience!
