Trainee Financial Services Administrator

Taylor James are partnered with a chartered firm of financial planners based in the city of London who are looking to appoint an entry level/ junior administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Our client offers true holistic financial planning to HNW & UHNW clientele.

Duties & responsibilities will include: Full training will be provided

• Supporting a Chartered Financial Planner & wider team.
• Acquiring client portfolio valuations
• Liaising with product providers
• Actioning LOAs
• Processing new business applications
• To assist with the preparation of client facing reports
• Adhere to internal processes & external compliance requirements
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the team

The candidate:

• Recent graduate (desirable)
• Some relevant industry experience (desirable)

In return this entry level role is offering a basic salary of c £26,000 (negotiable) + full study support.
