Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Who are we?

We are Perseus People and we're growing fast. That's why we're looking for 3 trainee consultants to join us for our 2023 cohort.

We've just moved in "beyond Aldgate Tower", swanky new office close to Liverpool Street Station. There's loads of fun and success being shared within the company, make sure you don't miss out.

We're a start-up recruitment agency founded in 2019 and focused in the technology sector across Scandinavia. We help our clients across Sweden, Denmark and Finland build their software development teams. Working with the latest SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) tech start-ups, having a global impact on the tech sector.

What does the role entail?

• Business Development across start-ups to large corporations across Denmark and Swedish
• Sourcing CV’s and networking within your area to build up the network of developers
• Account Management skills
• Achieving set financial targets and working to deadlines
• Initial candidate screening for suitability for job openings

What we expect from you:

Ideally, you have experience and background in sales (B2B or B2C).

• You are a graduate OR have achieved strong A-level results
• You have a strong drive to succeed and financially driven
• You are interested in growing into a leadership position as the business expands
• You are comfortable using social-media platforms
• You are interested in learning about software development
• You are interested in personal development
• HUGE BONUS if you are fluent speaking in Danish or Swedish
