Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Role:

• Learning the step-by-step process to source candidates for opportunities in housing & building
• Managing jobs and applicants
• Writing job adverts and headhunting niche candidates.
• Being creative with your advertising and marketing!
• Selling and negotiating
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Closing deals and earning commission

Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - Requirements:

• Sales background (ideal but not required) – including estate agency, B2B sales, door-to-door and B2C sales experience .
• 2:1 or above from a top 40 university
• Key examples of success – including academia, sports, societies, in work experience etc
• Highly self-motivated individual
• Target driven and money motivated.
• Looking for an opportunity in the City of London.
• Desire to be surrounded by successful high performers – and to become the next top biller!
