Trainee Store Manager

Salary depending on experience, with on shift benefits. Candidates with experience in a previous fast food/management role are desired. Although full training will be provided.

Job Description

Working in Subway, Chorley, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the day to day management of the restaurant, maximising financial performance and maintaining excellent standards. They will ensure customers have a fast and friendly experience, with quality products in a sparkling clean environment. They will also assist manage, train and motivate the store team. The company is an award-winning Subway franchise operator with stores throughout the North West. This is a demanding role in a high pressure environment, but provides the right candidate the opportunity to work in a successful company.

Responsibilities include:

• Controlling costs
• Stock counts
• Cash management and banking
• Staff recruitment
• Store opening/closing
• Staff training and supervision
• Customer service / till work
• Food preparation / cleaning
