Basic Salary: £19,000, increasing after probation (OTE £28,000 - £33,000) & uncapped commission

Working pattern - 5 days a week (9am – 6pm)

Key Purpose of the role

• Act as a ‘front-line’ of communication for customers interacting with the estate agency brands within the Connells Group, supporting our 1200+ nationwide branches.
• Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken at the earliest opportunity
• Liaising with local branches across the country to develop new business opportunities and professional relationships
• Book market appraisals, mortgage appointments and follow-up appointments for our estate agency branches, identify other business opportunities
• Deliver exceptional performance results at all times, aiming to exceed targets at every opportunity

What we are looking for in you

• Experience within retail, hospitality or customer service would be desirable
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal dealing confidently with clients, develop and maintain internal/external professional relationships
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in a very competitive industry/environment
• Proactive approach and resilient to challenges
• Thrives in a fast paced and sociable environment
