Training Manager Risk Management

Skills required

• Experience of carrying out insurance based site surveys
• A proven track record of coordinating, creating and delivering training plans and courses to multi discipline Risk Consultants, covering fire & peril, property, business interruption, crime & security, liability, CAR and sprinklers
• Experience of undertaking site and report quality checks for Risk Consultants
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationships with colleagues and clients
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Incredible attention to detail
• Friendly and professional

This brand-new role will form part of our RiskSTOP Surveys Management team, reporting into the Head of Risk Engineering and Surveys. You will hold the responsibility for the technical services of our employed and subcontract Risk Consultants. This includes creating and delivering our training plans, undertaking on site and report quality checks, dealing with technical referrals, and producing good quality MI.

You must have a proven track record in these areas.
