Role Purpose:
The UK Sales Effectiveness Manager role is a visible and critical role supporting the Head of the UK Private Bank to drive effective sales management and growth. This involves shaping and delivering an effective sales framework across the HNW and UHNW continuum, and driving commercial performance, including:
This role involves embedding deeply into the UKPB business and sales rhythm whilst being part of the global sale effectiveness team – as such, ensuring that global frameworks and initiatives are supported, but appropriately adapted to maximize impact in UKPB.
